The Home of Happily Ever Afters
Welcome to Hairy Tails, where we believe every dog has a fairy tale waiting to be told. Like a fairy godmother with a brush instead of a wand, we turn tangled coats and muddy paws into happily-ever-after glow-ups — gently, patiently, and with a little bit of magic in every appointment.
Just as every good story ends with a transformation, every visit to Hairy Tails ends with one too. We are here to write the happy ending your dog deserves — one bath, one trim, and one wagging tail at a time.
We believe your dog isn't just a client, they're family. That's why every appointment is built around patience, gentle handling, and genuine attention to what makes your dog comfortable — whether that's a nervous first-timer or a salon regular who struts in like they own the place. Our groomers take the time to get it right: premium, salon-grade products matched to their coat, the right pace for their temperament, and the right amount of belly rubs along the way.
Because a great groom isn't just about how your dog looks when they leave — it's about how happy they are getting there.
Fur-Ever After Starts Here
Fairy tales are full of one-off transformations — but real dogs need more than a single magic moment. At Hairy Tails, we are honoured to be part of your dog's whole story: from wriggly puppy to graceful old age, we are the familiar, trusted face they look forward to seeing at every chapter.
From the first groom our aim is to establish a long term relationship with your pooch, working to increase their comfort and enjoyment with every repeat visit.
Our home collection/delivery service is designed to further enhance the groom experience for you the owner, whilst enabling the grooming experience for your dog to start in a calm and familiar environment so that they get the most out of every session.
Your dog is always in the hands of fully qualified, experienced groomers, working in a purpose-built environment designed around expert care, honest advice, and genuine value.
Who's The Fairest of Them All
"Our working dogs need to be kept in top condition, and Justine handles them brilliantly. She’s calm, confident with big, strong dogs, and they come back clean, comfortable and ready for work. The collection service is a lifesaver around shift patterns"
Lou Russell
Tales from happy tails
“Reggie used to shake at the groomer’s, so I was nervous about trying somewhere new. Justine took it at her pace, sent me a photo halfway through, and he came home relaxed and smelling gorgeous. We’ve him booked him on one of her savings plans”
Kelly Parker
“Lovely quiet salon, spotless every time, and you can tell Justine really knows her coats. Mable’s doodle coat has never looked so good, and no more matting between visits. I couldn’t recommend Hairy Tails more”
Ellie Donaldson
